Public Affairs 4.0.
CL Corporate Affairs has developed in-house a proprietary political intelligence platform, Compass Political Intelligence Platform, designed to better organise the collection of publicly available, relevant data, and to streamline the tools that enhance its clients' public and institutional engagement.
By modernising the practice of public affairs through the measured use of artificial intelligence and digital structuring features, the platform enables automatic tracking of legislative files as they progress, anticipates upcoming legislative steps through a dedicated algorithm, assists in drafting amendments, facilitates the identification of the stakeholders who matter most, and analyses their positions through modern, GDPR-compliant mapping tools.
Thus, public affairs professionals can focus on the core of their expertise and fully deploy their true added value: political judgement, strategic communication, and meaningful human interaction with all relevant stakeholders, in order to deliver public affairs strategies with ever greater impact.
Compass Political Intelligence Platform is also intended to serve every actor in the institutional and government relations ecosystem, in strict compliance with the ethical rules of the profession, and subject to compatibility with the consultancy's and its clients' professional engagements. The confidentiality of its users' data — both vis-à-vis CL Corporate Affairs and any third party — is guaranteed by a contractual commitment, reinforced by end-to-end encryption that each user can activate.
César Lesage holds a Master in European Studies from KU Leuven and a Postgraduate Certificate in EU Law and Politics from the University of Sheffield. With over 7 years of experience in public affairs and corporate communication — spanning mid-sized companies, multinationals and state-owned enterprises — he has taught for two years on the functioning of European institutions within the Master in Public Affairs at the Catholic University of Paris, one of France's most respected training programmes for public affairs professionals.
